Sky Mobile Customers to Face £1.50 Monthly Bill Increase

Must read

Sky Mobile has announced a forthcoming price increase affecting millions of its customers starting next month.

The majority of subscribers will experience a monthly bill uptick of £1.50, resulting in an annual escalation of £18. However, individual bill adjustments may vary.

The revised charges will be implemented in customers’ bills commencing February 14, 2026. This adjustment marks the first price modification for customers under contract by Sky Mobile in over seven years.

In case customers are dissatisfied with the price increase and are within the minimum contract term, they have the option to cancel their subscription without incurring any early termination fees.

Notably, the price for the Sky Mobile social tariff, catering to low-income individuals, will remain unchanged.

Sky attributed the price adjustment to increased wholesale network expenses and assured that affected customers would be notified starting today.

A representative from Sky Mobile stated, “In order to maintain the level of quality, service, and value that our customers expect, the majority of Sky Mobile users will observe a £1.50 rise in their monthly bill starting February.

“Decisions like these are not taken lightly, which is why we have refrained from altering mobile prices mid-contract for more than seven years.
