“Mysterious Call Links to Tragic Double Murder”

Must read

A mysterious woman placed a perplexing call to emergency services shortly before the tragic deaths of Monique Tepe and Spencer Tepe in their own residence.

The bodies of Monique, 39, and Spencer, 37, were found on December 30, indicating a heartbreaking double murder. Spencer had multiple gunshot wounds, while Monique was shot at least once in the chest, according to police records.

Concern arose when Spencer, a dentist, did not show up for work, prompting colleagues to visit the Tepe family home. They discovered the couple’s children in distress but physically unharmed, leading to an urgent welfare check.

Months earlier, at 2:45 am on April 15, a mysterious call reporting a “domestic dispute” came from the Tepe residence in Columbus, Ohio. The caller abruptly ended the call, claiming later that everything was fine when contacted by the operator.

The woman, sounding upset, expressed that it was merely an emotional moment and denied any physical altercation when questioned by the operator.

Monique’s brother-in-law expressed doubts about the call, stating it did not resemble Monique’s voice and likely originated from a neighbor. Emergency services categorized the call as a “domestic dispute” with no further assistance needed.

Investigators ruled out murder-suicide and found no signs of forced entry or weapons at the scene. A video of a “person of interest” near the property has been released by the Columbus Police Department.

Rob Misleh, Monique’s brother, highlighted the couple’s upcoming fifth wedding anniversary and described them as loving individuals. A murder investigation is underway, pending coroner’s reports.
