“Brave Witness to Infamous Murder Lives in Fear”

Must read

The partner of a young man who was fatally stabbed around 30 years ago and assisted in capturing the perpetrator has been living in constant fear since the detective responsible for the arrest, Nick Biddiss, has passed away.

Nick Biddiss, a former Detective Superintendent who recently died at 79, located Kenneth Noye in Spain after Noye murdered electrician Stephen Cameron in May 1996. Danielle Cable, who was 17 at the time of the incident, has been in hiding since witnessing Noye’s deadly assault on her boyfriend during a road rage incident.

Despite her mother’s advice against it, Danielle courageously played a key role in Noye’s apprehension by identifying him in Spain and testifying at the Old Bailey. She now lives under an alias with her own family, limiting contact with her parents due to safety concerns.

Nick Biddiss, in an interview with the Daily Mirror, mentioned that Danielle continues to live in fear as Noye poses a threat. He acknowledged her bravery in assisting with the case and expressed disapproval of the portrayal of Noye in a BBC drama series.

Noye, infamous for his involvement in criminal activities, was pursued by law enforcement following the fatal stabbing of Stephen Cameron. Despite challenges, Noye was eventually captured and convicted, with Danielle’s crucial assistance.

Nick Biddiss, who dedicated his career to upholding justice, was proud of his work in law enforcement and prioritized victim representation. His son, Rob Biddiss, shared his father’s commitment to justice and described him as principled and devoted to his family.

Noye’s arrest was a result of diligent efforts by Nick Biddiss and his team, who went to great lengths to bring him to justice. With Noye now serving his sentence, Danielle’s role in the case remains a testament to her bravery and determination for justice.
