Ranked first is the Ambani family, with a net worth of approximately $89.7 billion. Their flagship entity, Reliance Industries, continues its expansion across energy, telecommunications, retail, and financial sectors.

In February, Mukesh Ambani unveiled plans to invest up to $120 billion in AI infrastructure over a seven-year period.

Property Influence Sustains Kwok Family at $50.2 Billion

Holding the second position with $50.2 billion is the Kwok family, associated with Sun Hung Kai Properties, as outlined in the report.

Their wealth is intricately linked to Hong Kong’s real estate market, which has shown signs of recovery. Despite the tech-driven landscape, real estate remains fundamental in wealth accumulation.

In March, Sun Hung Kai Properties announced that JPMorgan would become the main tenant at Artist Square Towers in West Kowloon, Hong Kong, leasing six floors covering nearly 250,000 square feet over a decade, as per the report.
